Information on this website
The guides, articles and advice on this website are general information to help you understand your heating and gas appliances. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Never attempt gas work yourself — in the UK it is illegal for anyone who is not Gas Safe registered to work on gas appliances or pipework.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that everything on it is complete or current at all times.
Prices and quotes
Any prices shown on this website, and any figure produced by an online quote tool, are a guide only. Your actual price is the one we confirm with you after we know the details of the job, and can depend on what we find on site. A quote or booking made through the website is not a binding contract until we have confirmed it with you. The terms of any work we carry out are agreed with you at the time.
Reviews
Customer reviews shown on this website are genuine reviews left on Google. They are the reviewers’ own opinions.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as Gas Safe Register and review sites, for your information. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

Our liability
We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on general information on this website, or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy and cookies
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use are explained in our cookie policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
