Abdul from gasmaster has visited my property in Normacot today and serviced the boiler, done a landlord gas safety inspection. As an extremely anxious person Abdul was brilliant at explaining everything he was doing and showing me every step of the way to calm my concerns. Would absolutely recommend to other customers, especially if you have mental health issues and need somebody understanding and patient who will clearly explain what is happening and what to look for in case of an emergency, then Abdul is the person.

Engineer came out same day and repaired our Chinese wok burner, they also tested all our kitchen gas appliances and issued a commercial catering gas certificate. Was looking for a commercial gas engineer in Crewe to connect pipe to gas meter, fix donner kebab machine, grill and fit some thermocouples, found Gasmaster online and they had many positive reviews. I had a leaking boiler, so I searched for a local Gas Engineer. I found Gasmaster who had good reviews. He called the same day, when no-one else did, and arranged to come the next morning. He provided an excellent service with experience and explained fully what needed to be repaired. He was polite, courteous and easy to talk to. I run the Estates & Facilities at Holmes Chapel High School. I called Gasmaster Plumbing & Heating from Stoke on Trent, for an emergency call out, due to no gas getting to our school restaurant causing issues to feed over 1,300 students. They came out to me very quickly, after trying to help on a video call, they identified the faults, it needed new parts, they did a temporary fix to get the restaurant working, so I had no disruption, and came back a few days later as soon as the parts came in. I was very impressed with the service, they kept me informed all the way, until the job was completed. I also use Gasmaster for my annual commercial gas safety service in the school restaurant. Needed a gas cooker fitting. Had been let down by the big shops. Called Abdul from Gasmaster Plumbing & Heating. Arrived same day and fitted at a fair price. Explained as he went along what was involved, he tested the gas meter first for leaks, fitted new hose, chain, and a fitting on the copper pipe where the hose connected, retested meter and issued a certificate. I contacted Gas Master when my 25 year old boiler wasn't giving heat or hot water, called several local companies but they refused to come out due to age of boiler and said parts were obsolete. Called Gasmaster and they came out same day, Abdul quickly diagnosed the issue and managed to find an alternative part, quickly got boiler up and running again. Will always use Gasmaster from now on for all my boiler repair, plumbing and heating issues. After looking for a commercial gas engineer came across Gasmaster. We upgraded from 28mm copper to 2inch steel which included a new mains from the road to the building connected to a u40 gas meter. Abdul and Mick genuine honest guys with years of experience, cannot fault the work at all, would recommend.
