Is the landlord certificate priced per appliance?
No. It is £80 per property, however many gas appliances it has.
What does the cooker installation price include?
Fitting and connecting your gas cooker, all parts and fittings, and a new cooker hose if one is needed, plus gas tightness and safety testing.
What about repairs and new boilers?
Repairs, new boilers and other work depend on the job, so we quote them for free before starting. Call us or request a quote.
